CRYPTO WEALTH MANAGEMENT
THE CHALLENGE
SwissBorg had a brand identity — logo, colours, typeface, all correct on paper. What it didn't have was a reason for anyone to remember it. And crypto wealth management has a harder problem than most brands: how do you make invisible money, moving through an invisible blockchain, feel real enough for someone to trust it with their savings?
THE IDEA
The idea was sitting in the name the whole time. SwissBorg — Swiss, and Borg. A cyborg born in Switzerland. And "Swiss" doesn't just supply a nationality — it comes with its own built-in reputation: precision, durability, reliability, the kind of quality that lasts. Wrap a robot in that expectation, and people trust him a little before they even know why.
Most crypto brands go abstract — geometric shapes, cold gradients, the visual shorthand of "cutting-edge tech." I went the other way. Our audience wasn't crypto-native traders who already speak that language. It was people trying to invest for the first time, watching their money move through something they couldn't see or touch, into a blockchain they didn't understand. The last thing they needed was another abstract mirror of that confusion. They needed something with a face.
THE CRAFT
A sketch doesn't have to survive a campaign calendar. He did. I worked pose after pose with my 3D artist until he had a shape and a personality that would still feel like him two years and a hundred assets later — friendly, fast, sharp, unmistakably ours.
THE WORLD
A character on his own is just a character. He needed somewhere to be from — a universe strange enough to hold the scale of crypto, warm enough that people would want to follow him into it rather than back away.
THE JOURNEY
Years later, he's still out there — carrying new product ideas into new adventures, recognizably himself every time. The audience grew 15x alongside him.
